o Monitor the credit control team’s day-to-day activities.
o Review the customer credit limits in linewith company policies.
o Ensure timely collection of outstandinginvoices and reduce overdue balances.
o Conduct regular credit reviews and risk assessments for key customers.
o Coordinate with the Sales, Finance, and Legal departments to resolve disputes or delayed payments.
o Prepare monthly aging reports, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and cash flow forecasts.
o Lead collection strategies for high-valueor critical accounts.
o Ensure compliance with internal creditpolicies and external audit requirements.
o Support the Credit Manager in preparingperiodic reports and recommendations for management decisions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):- DSO(Days Sales Outstanding):
Within target levels. - Collection Rate: % of receivables collected within due dates.
- Overdue Accounts:
Reduction in accounts >60 days overdue. - Bad Debt Ratio:
Maintain within approved limits. - Customer Dispute Resolution Time:
Average time to resolve payment issues. - Credit Policy Compliance: 100% adherence.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
· Education Level: Bachelor Degree
Work Experience
• 0–2 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or financial management.
• Experience in multinational orlarge-scale distribution/manufacturing environments preferred.
