About us
Two Atoms Capital (Two Atoms Capital Company) is an independent, CMA-licensed investment bank serving the Saudi mid-market, headquartered in Eastern Province. We are authorised by the Capital Market Authority for Arranging and Advising in Securities.
We work with Saudi mid-market companies at the point where growth outpaces the balance sheet: founders and family groups preparing for a listing, companies raising sukuk or term debt to fund expansion, and shareholders looking to bring in capital or a partner. Mid-market issuers need the same quality of execution as large caps but with far more hands-on work on readiness, governance and documentation.
That is where we spend our time, across equity capital markets (TASI and Nomu), debt capital markets and sukuk, and M&A.
We are hiring an Associate to work on live ECM and DCM mandates end to end: pre-mandate positioning and readiness, documentation, regulatory submission, marketing, pricing and closing. This is an execution seat with real ownership of work streams.
