Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for dynamic, self‑motivated Front Office professionals who want to advance their careers. As a Guest Service Agent you will provide professional, customer‑focused service to our guests, ensuring that their stay becomes a memorable experience.
Responsibilities- Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service.
- Welcome and check in guests following established SOPs.
- Check out departing guests in accordance with the standards.
- Sell rooms to walk‑in guests and manage day‑to‑day facilities issues.
- Handle cash inventory, cash cheques and foreign currency bills of exchange in line with the credit policy.
- Collaborate with colleagues from all departments, especially Housekeeping, Finance and Reservations.
- Ensure the Guest Service Desk is manned, operationally prepared and stocked at all times.
- Maintain guest privacy by safeguarding all personal information.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the hotel’s policies, procedures, service standards, facilities and events.
- Degree in hospitality or related field.
- Previous experience in a Front Office Department.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Computer literate, with experience in Opera preferred.
- Customer‑driven mindset.
- Proactive and ‘switched‑on’ attitude.
- Outgoing, charismatic, approachable character.
- Capability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to thrive with a multicultural team and guests.
- Understanding the job, taking responsibility, recognizing differences, customer focus, adaptability, teamwork.
