Job Description

We are currently looking for dynamic, self‑motivated Front Office professionals who want to advance their careers. As a Guest Service Agent you will provide professional, customer‑focused service to our guests, ensuring that their stay becomes a memorable experience.

Responsibilities
  • Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service.
  • Welcome and check in guests following established SOPs.
  • Check out departing guests in accordance with the standards.
  • Sell rooms to walk‑in guests and manage day‑to‑day facilities issues.
  • Handle cash inventory, cash cheques and foreign currency bills of exchange in line with the credit policy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from all departments, especially Housekeeping, Finance and Reservations.
  • Ensure the Guest Service Desk is manned, operationally prepared and stocked at all times.
  • Maintain guest privacy by safeguarding all personal information.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the hotel’s policies, procedures, service standards, facilities and events.
Qualifications
  • Degree in hospitality or related field.
  • Previous experience in a Front Office Department.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Computer literate, with experience in Opera preferred.
