We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Executive to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital transformation and a passion for driving innovation and change within an organization. As a Digital Transformation Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing our digital strategy, driving growth and efficiency across the company.

• Lead the development and implementation of the company's digital transformation strategy
• Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and tools to improve business processes and operations
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and develop digital solutions to meet their requirements
• Drive digital innovation and change across the organization, keeping up with industry trends and best practices
• Develop and manage digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of digital initiatives
• Train and educate employees on new digital tools and processes to ensure successful adoption
• Work closely with external partners and vendors to implement and maintain digital solutions
• Keep up-to-date with digital trends and developments, providing insights and recommendations to senior management

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital transformation, preferably in the food service industry
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and their applications in business
• Experience in project management and leading cross‑functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make data‑driven decisions
• Proven track record of successfully implementing digital initiatives
• Fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
