Your RoleAs an Indoor Site Access Responsible, you will lead the end‑to‑end indoor site access management activities for new mobile network sites. Your role will focus on the development, execution, and coordination of all access‑related tasks with project stakeholders including Clients, Vendors, Tower Companies, and Service Providers. You will play an active part in strategic rollout projects in Saudi Arabia to support seamless Indoor RAN ROLL‑OUT activities.
Job Responsibilities- Establish strong professional relations with clients to facilitate Indoor RAN ROLL‑OUT activities.
- Define, Align, and Monitor project stakeholders to ensure access protocols and process fulfilment (TMS, CRQ, TCN, Special access).
- Manage all required customer documentation required for site access.
- Engage with Tower Companies and Service providers to develop clear protocols for access requests and approval.
- Supervise and Control all RAN Rollout access related activities.
- Monitor service providers responses and ensure access SLA fulfilment.
- Maintain reporting, documentation tracking, and status communication.
- Based in Al Khobar with full travel flexibility.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in telecom site access, rollout coordination, PR engagement, or site acquisition support.
- Experience dealing with TAWAL, Mobily, STC, Salam, Aramco, or similar authorities.
- Familiarity with TMS, AMP, CRQ, Special Access Letters (at least one required; multiple preferred).
- Experience managing processes with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability in documentation management and progress status reporting.
- Grood communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English speaker (mandatory);
Arabic is an advantage. - Hardworking, proactive, and comfortable with high field activity.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and follow‑up capability.
