Information Technology Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in the Saudi insurance sector
, solid hands‑on experience with Insurance Authority (IA) regulatory requirements, compliance, and reporting
, and proven expertise in managing, configuring, and supporting ERP solutions
. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Odoo ERP
, including customization, enhancements, upgrades, and vendor management, while also being capable of managing other ERP and enterprise systems supporting insurance operations.

• Lead and manage IT operations in full alignment with Insurance Authority (IA) regulations, regulatory reporting, and compliance requirements in Saudi Arabia.
• Ensure all IT systems supporting all insurance products and lines of business comply with regulatory, audit, cybersecurity, and data governance standards.
• Oversee core insurance systems covering policy administration, underwriting, claims, billing, renewals, and endorsements across multiple insurance products.
• Manage, configure, and support ERP solutions
  , ensuring stability, scalability, and compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
• Lead Odoo ERP administration and support
  , including customization, enhancements, system upgrades, integrations, and coordination with vendors and implementation partners.
• Manage integrations between ERP systems, insurance core platforms, third-party providers, and regulator‑mandated systems.
• Act as the primary IT contact for Insurance Authority audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reviews
  , including system evidence and reporting.
• Work closely with Compliance, Risk, Finance, Legal, and Internal Audit teams to address regulatory findings and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Ensure effective cybersecurity controls, data protection, business continuity, and disaster recovery in line with regulatory expectations.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, SLAs, budgets, and technology roadmaps.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7–10+ years of IT experience, including 3–5 years in an IT Manager or senior leadership role.

• Regulatory & Compliance: Deep understanding of Saudi insurance regulations, IA reporting, IT governance, and audit requirements.
• Insurance Systems Knowledge: End-to‑end understanding of insurance workflows and systems.
• System Integration: APIs, middleware, data exchange, and third‑party integrations.
• Cybersecurity & Infrastructure: Access controls, data security, infrastructure management, cloud and on‑prem environments.
• IT Governance & Risk: Policies, controls, risk assessments, audit remediation, and compliance tracking.
• Project & Vendor Management: Managing vendors, system integrators, contracts, SLAs, and IT projects.
• Leadership & Communication: Strong team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and executive‑level reporting.
