We are looking for a Connectivity & Network Practice Lead who is a proven thought leader with deep understanding of the connectivity industry. You will shape the business partner with existing teams to elevate performance and develop talent and capabilities across the practice. The ideal leader brings an entrepreneurial mindset, strong executive presence, and the ability to create new value propositions and open new business opportunities — with people leadership and strategic impact at the core.
You will be accountable for:
- Define and communicate a compelling practice vision and strategy aligned to business growth and client impact.
- Shape offerings and go to market propositions
across the connectivity & network domain (e.g., Telco Core & cloud, Infrastructure, 5G, OSS/BSS Transformation, mission critical networks, AI). - Grow the practice by originating and developing new business opportunities in partnership with account teams and Partnerships.
- Lead client technology engagements through thought leadership and industry expertise.
- People management, build, mentor, and scale high performing teams; drive skills development, career pathways, and succession planning.
- Establish lightweight governance, knowledge management, and communities of practice to accelerate learning and reuse.
- Represent the practice with strong executive presence in client and internal leadership forums, act as a trusted advisor.
- Define KPIs for talent growth, capability maturity, innovation, and commercial performance — and report progress transparently.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (master’s preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in connectivity and networking with a strong shift toward leadership, practice building, and business growth.
- Proven ability to shape business strategy, originate opportunities, and influence senior stakeholders.
- 6+ years of experience in people leadership, including team building, coaching, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a focus on business value and strategic alignment.
- Leadership, Agile, or coaching certifications are a strong plus (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP,ITIL, Gallup Clifton Strengths).
