AAA REZAYAT is seeking a skilled Network & Security Administrator to safeguard and operate its enterprise IT infrastructure in Al Khobar. This role is vital to ensuring secure, stable, and high‑performing network environments while strengthening the organization’s overall cybersecurity posture.

As a Network & Security Administrator, you will be responsible for protecting and maintaining enterprise networks, servers, and security systems in a dynamic IT environment. You will proactively monitor systems for threats, respond to incidents, and enforce cybersecurity standards and best practices. The role requires hands‑on experience with network security technologies, infrastructure troubleshooting, and risk mitigation. You will work closely with IT and security teams to assess vulnerabilities and continuously improve defenses.

• Implement, manage, and maintain network security solutions
• Establish and enforce cybersecurity standards, policies, and best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in Network / Security Administration roles
• Strong knowledge of network design, infrastructure, and server management
• Hands‑on experience troubleshooting network and security issues
• Solid understanding of security protocols, controls, and best practices
• Ability to handle critical incidents and work effectively under pressure
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills
  
  Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Experience in enterprise or multi‑site network environments
• Exposure to advanced cybersecurity monitoring or SIEM tools
• Knowledge of compliance or regulatory security standards
• Experience with security hardening and vulnerability management
• Certifications in networking or security (e.g., CCNA, Security+, equivalent)
