Ecommerce Specialist

Nazih Group is seeking a proactive and results-driven E-commerce Specialist to support and grow our online business operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing digital sales channels, optimizing product performance, and enhancing the overall online customer experience across multiple e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.

• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and online content across digital commerce platforms
• Monitor website and marketplace performance, sales trends, and customer engagement
• Coordinate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure seamless online execution
• Optimize product visibility, merchandising, and conversion performance
• Analyze sales data and generate performance reports with actionable insights
• Support campaign launches, seasonal promotions, and digital initiatives
• Ensure accurate inventory synchronization and smooth order flow
• Maintain high standards for online customer experience and brand presentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or marketplace management
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms and third-party marketplaces
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing and web analytics tools
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Arabic and English proficiency preferred
