Responsibilities- Support digital and technology-related initiatives across the organization.
- Assist in data collection, reporting, and basic analysis activities.
- Help maintain dashboards, digital tools, and system records.
- Support automation, process improvement, and digital transformation tasks.
- Coordinate with teams to gather information and support digital projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, digital tools, or data analysis platforms.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, SQL, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
