We are seeking highly skilled Site Reliability Engineers (SRE) to ensure system reliability, scalability, and security across cloud‑native environments. The role focuses on implementing Dev Sec Ops  practices, automation, and operational excellence, supporting mission‑critical platforms.

• Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for automated deployments
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Git/Git Lab following best practices
• Lead incident bridges (P1/P2), coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure timely resolution
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive preventive improvements
• Monitor system health using tools such as Datadog and Pager Duty
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to enhance system reliability
• Maintain documentation and knowledge sharing through Confluence
• Drive automation‑first approach using Python and/or Bash scripting
• Ensure compliance with cloud security standards and enterprise governance

• 4–5 years of hands‑on experience in Dev Sec Ops  / SRE roles
• Proven expertise in managing Kubernetes environments
• Strong experience in Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) and Git / Git Lab (CI/CD pipelines & version control)
• Hands‑on experience with Hashi Corp Vault, Datadog, Pager Duty, Confluence
• Strong understanding of SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, reliability metrics)
• Strong understanding of Cloud security concepts (IAM, encryption, network & container security, vulnerability management)
• Experience in incident management, change management, and RCA processes
• Strong scripting skills in Python and/or Bash
• Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, VPNs, private endpoints)
• Exposure to regulated / compliance‑driven environments is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer‑focused mindset
