We are seeking a motivated and experienced ERPNext Techno-Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong ERPNext implementation and support experience along with the ability to participate in pre‑sales activities, client demonstrations, and solution consulting.

• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients.
• Configure, customize, and implement ERPNext modules.
• Conduct user training, testing, and go‑live support.
• Prepare functional specifications and documentation.
• Coordinate with developers for customizations and integrations.
• Provide post‑implementation support and troubleshooting.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities including product demonstrations, requirement analysis, and proposal preparation.
• Assist clients in process improvement and ERP adoption.
• Support website/API integrations and third‑party applications when required.

• ERPNext Certification (Mandatory).
• Minimum 2 year of hands‑on ERPNext implementation experience.
• Good understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, HR, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Frappe Framework and ERPNext customization is an advantage.
• Experience in SQL, reports, and workflows is preferred.
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills.
• Ability to independently handle customer meetings and workshops.

• Pre‑sales experience or the capability to handle pre‑sales activities.
• Experience preparing proposals, scope documents, and project estimates.
• Knowledge of integrations using APIs.
• Understanding of business processes across multiple industries.

• Problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Customer‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
