We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to establish and lead enterprise architecture practices across a diversified group of businesses operating across Financial Services, Automotive & Mobility, Logistics, Consumer Goods, Real Estate, Industrial, and Technology sectors.

This is a newly created strategic role reporting directly to the Group IT Director, offering a unique opportunity to define technology standards, architecture governance, and long-term technology strategy across multiple business entities.

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture across business, application, data, cloud, and technology domains.
• Establish architecture principles, standards, governance frameworks, and reference architectures.
• Lead Architecture Review Boards (ARB) and provide architectural oversight across strategic initiatives.
• Drive cloud architecture standards across Azure and multi‑cloud environments.
• Define Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and platform governance standards, with Terraform strongly preferred.
• Guide enterprise application strategy, modernization, rationalization, and integration initiatives.
• Establish architecture standards for enterprise platforms including Microsoft 365, Oracle ERP/Fusion, Service Now, SAP, CRM, and HR systems.
• Develop integration architecture patterns including APIs, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration frameworks.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to ensure technology investments align with business objectives.
• Provide architectural leadership on security, identity, governance, resilience, and compliance.

• 8+ years of technology experience with at least 3 years operating at Enterprise Architect, Principal Architect, or equivalent level.
• Proven experience defining architecture strategy, standards, governance, and technology roadmaps.
• Experience participating in or leading Architecture Review Boards (ARB).
• Experience operating within a Group, holding company, conglomerate, or multi‑entity environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior business and technology leaders.
• Experience balancing strategic architecture direction with practical business outcomes.

• Azure architecture and cloud governance (required).
• Multi‑cloud environments (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP).
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform strongly preferred).
• Azure Landing Zones, IAM, networking, security, and cloud governance.
• Enterprise applications such as Microsoft 365, Oracle ERP/Fusion, Service Now, SAP, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Enterprise integration, API management, and event‑driven architecture.
• Application portfolio management and technology rationalization.
• Security architecture, Zero Trust, and governance frameworks.

• TOGAF Certification.
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• AWS or GCP Architecture Certifications.
• Hashi Corp Terraform certifications.
• Enterprise Architecture frameworks and modeling experience.
