Information Technology Application Specialist

Job Purpose

Provide technical and functional support for ERP systems, primarily Microsoft Dynamics F&O and CRM, including troubleshooting, implementation, upgrades, testing, training, and ongoing system enhancements. The role supports ERP projects, business process improvements, workflow automation, and user support while ensuring efficient and reliable ERP operations aligned with business requirements.

1. ERP & Business Systems.

• Analyze business requirements and system functionality
• Support ERP configuration and implementation activities
• Lead process improvement and business process re-engineering initiatives
• Coordinate ERP project activities and stakeholders
• Design and optimize workflows aligned with business needs

• Manage ERP implementation, enhancement, and upgrade projects
• Provide day-to-day ERP application support
• Resolve system issues and user queries within agreed SLAs
• Develop and maintain project documentation and reporting
• Support system migration and expansion initiatives

• Coordinate ERP project plans and timelines
• Track project risks, issues, and change requests
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards
• Prepare project status reports and progress updates
• Support project managers throughout the project lifecycle

• Develop and execute test plans and test scenarios
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Maintain issue logs and coordinate resolution activities
• Validate financial and operational data integrity
• Support solution design, gap analysis, and system validation

• Conduct end-user training sessions
• Prepare training materials and user guides
• Support HR, Payroll, Finance, and operational users
• Develop workflows, notifications, and custom system configurations
• Provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer to business users

• Monitor ERP development, testing, and production environments
• Manage system configurations and setups
• Support integrations, upgrades, and software enhancements
• Develop custom reports, forms, and workflows

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• ERP implementation and support experience.
