Accountabilities- Support the implementation and adoption of digital tools, platforms, and technologies across projects and business operations.
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing project and operational data to generate insights and improve decision making.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for process automation and digital optimization.
Support the development, testing, and maintenance of digital solutions, dashboards, and reports.
- Assist with data quality management, governance, and compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Provide user support and training for digital systems and applications as required.
- Stay informed about emerging digital technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and contribute innovative ideas for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of digital technologies, data analytics, visualization tools, automation, or programming.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and teamwork skills with a proactive learning mindset.
