eXtra (United Electronics Co.) is seeking an IT Technical Support Engineer to join our IT team. The role focuses on installing, diagnosing, and repairing PC hardware, printers, and IT peripherals, and supporting networking equipment as needed.
The successful candidate will provide 2nd line support for advanced troubleshooting, maintain collaboration tools, and ensure SLA adherence through standard IT Service Desk procedures. Occasional after-hours and weekend support is required.
