This role requires support on three fronts, namely, operations, government relations liaison and sales.
- Operations support:
- Manage office supplies.
- Receiving/Dispatch/packing/Unpacking/Coordination with courier company/Customer for the material transportation.
- Maintaining the inventory of materials. i.e. local stock keeping
- Support for Invoicing follow-ups.
- Support for material shipment tracking.
- Support Engineers for project documentation and follow ups.
- Support admin tasks on IFS and Workday.
- Route, transport, time management and reporting for engineer assignment.
- Sales support:
- Support sales on the quotation follow-ups.
- Government Liaison support:
- Support for gate pass arrangements and visit as GRO.
- Support for Zawil/SABIC/ARAMCO Gate pass.
- Maintain the Customer (Issue Date, Expiry Dates Etc.) and facilitate returns.
- Support government relation for visa requirement.
- Saudi Nationality (in support of Saudization and localization objectives).
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative, operations, logistics, sales support, or government relations activities.
- Valid local driving license required.
- Good communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Please note, this role requires availability and ability to drive locally to conduct local purchases, document delivery and other GR related activities.
