Cyber Security Officer; KSA Nationals

Shift: Rotational (Including Night Shifts)

We are looking for a motivated Cyber Security Officer to join our cybersecurity team in Al Khobar. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are passionate about cybersecurity and eager to build their careers in a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment. The role requires working onsite and being flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

• Monitor security alerts and events using security monitoring tools.
• Perform initial analysis and triage of security incidents.
• Escalate potential security threats to senior analysts when required.
• Monitor endpoints, networks, and security devices for suspicious activities.
• Document security incidents and maintain accurate records.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for incident handling.
• Assist in vulnerability assessments and basic security investigations.
• Support log monitoring and security event analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve security-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats and attack techniques.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and procedures.
• Prepare daily shift reports and maintain proper documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in cybersecurity or information security.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, VPN, Firewalls).
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, threats, and vulnerabilities.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
Willingness to work onsite in Al Khobar and in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

• Basic understanding of SIEM tools.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
• Familiarity with endpoint security concepts.
• Basic scripting knowledge (Power Shell, Python, or Bash) is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, ISC2 CC, Cisco Cyber Ops Associate, or Google Cybersecurity Certificate are an added advantage.
