Tyda Mail Solutions is a Dammam‑based technology provider delivering secure, cloud‑based email hosting, encrypted messaging, and collaboration tools to SMEs and government entities across the Kingdom. We focus on high‑availability, data‑security, and seamless integration for critical communications.

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure cloud infrastructures that power our email and collaboration platforms. You will work closely with product, engineering, and security teams to define architecture standards, migration strategies, and best‑practice guidelines for both internal services and customer deployments.

• Design end‑to‑end cloud architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) on leading platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to support multi‑tenant email and messaging services.
• Develop migration roadmaps for existing on‑premise workloads to the cloud, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
• Define and enforce security, compliance, and governance frameworks (e.g., ISO
  27001, NIST, Saudi Cybersecurity Law) for cloud environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, IaC templates (Terraform, Cloud Formation, ARM), and automation scripts to streamline provisioning and scaling.
• Conduct performance, cost, and reliability assessments; implement optimization strategies (auto‑scaling, right‑sizing, reserved instances).
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers, Dev Ops engineers, and support staff on cloud best practices.
• Liaise with customers and partners to understand requirements, create solution proposals, and deliver proof‑of‑concepts.
• Stay current with emerging cloud services, serverless technologies, and industry trends to drive continuous innovation.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cloud Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 5years of hands‑on cloud architecture/design experience, preferably in SaaS/email, secure messaging, or enterprise collaboration solutions.
• Certifications (required or strongly preferred): AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or Microsoft Certified:
  Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Google Professional Cloud Architect.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Deep knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP). Proficiency with Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation, ARM). Strong understanding of networking, security groups, VPC/VNet design, IAM, and encryption mechanisms. Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS/AKS/GKE) and serverless platforms (Lambda, Functions). Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Cloud Watch, Azure Monitor, Stackdriver) and cost‑management services.
• Analytical & Problem‑Solving:
  Ability to assess complex requirements and translate them into robust, scalable architectures.
• Communication:
  Excellent English (both written and verbal);
  Arabic proficiency is a plus. Ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

• Experience with email infrastructure components (SMTP, IMAP/POP3, Exchange Online, Google Workspace) in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of compliance standards specific to the Saudi market (e.g., NCA, SADAD).
• Hands‑on scripting (Python, Power Shell, Bash) for automation.
• Exposure to Dev Sec Ops  practices and automated security testing.
