Hilal Technology is seeking a highly experienced Lead Network & Cyber Security Engineer (L3) to lead the delivery of complex enterprise networking and cybersecurity projects across multiple customer environments. This hands-on leadership role combines advanced technical expertise, project ownership, client engagement, and team mentoring, making it an ideal opportunity for senior engineers looking to drive large-scale, multi-vendor technology implementations.

As the Lead Network & Cyber Security Engineer (L3), you will serve as the primary technical authority for enterprise networking, cybersecurity, and unified communications projects. You will lead the design, implementation, migration, and optimization of complex multi-vendor network and security environments while providing expert guidance to customers and internal engineering teams. The successful candidate will manage critical technical escalations, oversee project delivery, develop technical documentation, and ensure successful project execution with minimal operational disruption.

This role requires deep expertise in routing and switching, firewall technologies, advanced security solutions, and enterprise collaboration platforms. You will also play a key role in mentoring engineers, driving technical excellence, and ensuring customer satisfaction across strategic engagements.

• Lead enterprise routing and switching projects across Cisco, Aruba, Huawei, and Dell environments.
• Design, deploy, migrate, and troubleshoot multi-vendor firewall solutions including Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco, Juniper, and Huawei.
• Lead complex security transformation and migration projects while minimizing downtime and operational impact.
• Implement and support advanced cybersecurity technologies including NAC, MFA, PAM, EDR/XDR, WAF, VPN, SASE, and ZTNA.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical network and security incidents.
• Lead Cisco and Avaya Unified Communications deployments including SIP and Session Border Controller (SBC) solutions.
• Serve as the final technical escalation point for Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents.
• Create and maintain High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), implementation plans, and migration runbooks.
• Coordinate project execution with customers, vendors, and internal delivery teams.
• Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and implementation validation activities.
• Mentor and develop L1 and L2 engineers, ensuring technical knowledge transfer and team capability growth.
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops, technical presentations, and solution reviews.

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Network and Cyber Security Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience within a System Integrator (SI), Managed Services, or Professional Services environment.
• Strong CCNP or CCIE-level networking expertise.
• Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise routing and switching technologies.
• Expertise managing and supporting at least three major firewall platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco, Juniper, or Huawei security solutions.
