ERP Support Administrator

We're Hiring — ERP Support Administrator (Net Suite)

Al Khobar, KSA | Full-Time | On-Site

Dayim Equipment Rental is one of the GCC's leading equipment rental companies, operating across KSA, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain. We're building out our ERP team and need a hands-on Net Suite person to keep our users running and our system clean.

What you'll do:

• Run the ERP helpdesk — log, prioritise, and resolve user requests
• Add, change, and remove user accounts and access
• Build saved searches, reports, and dashboards
• Make small configuration changes and handle data imports, with sign-off
• Run data quality checks and chase fixes with the people responsible
• Test Net Suite updates and support user training

What you'll bring:

• 2–4 years in ERP support, system administration, or an IT helpdesk role
• At least 2 years hands-on with Oracle Net Suite
• Solid grasp of roles and permissions, saved searches, and CSV imports
• Strong Excel and a sharp eye for detail
• A clear communicator who's patient with non-technical users
• Suite Foundation certification and Arabic are a plus

You'll report to our ERP Systems Specialist and work on a live transformation programme across five countries, with a clear path toward becoming a full Net Suite Administrator.
