Dynamics 365 F&O End User Support Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) End User Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our internal business users, helping them navigate, troubleshoot, and maximize the value of our D365 F&O environment across various modules (Finance, Supply Chain, and Inventory).

• User Support & Ticketing:
  Serve as Tier 1/Tier 2 support for day-to-day user issues, resolving errors, access queries, and transactional blocks.
• Incident Management:
  Troubleshoot workflows, data integration issues, and user security roles, escalating complex bugs to technical partners or internal developers when necessary.
• Process Guidance:
  Assist users with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices across financial and operational modules.
• Documentation & Training:
  Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and step-by-step training materials; conduct onboarding sessions for new system users.
• Collaboration:
  
  Act as a bridge between end-users and the IT/technical development team to communicate requirements and track resolution progress.

• Experience:
  
  2+ years of hands-on experience supporting or working within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Domain Knowledge:
  Strong foundational understanding of core ERP business processes (Finance, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Supply Chain, or Procurement).
• Problem-Schooling:
  Strong analytical skills to diagnose user errors versus system bugs and trace data flow.
• Communication:
  Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills with a passion for helping non-technical users.
• Certifications:
  
  Microsoft Certified:
  Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate or Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant (preferred).
