We are partnering exclusively with a leading international consumer goods business to recruit a Senior Supply Chain Manager based in Riyadh. This is a senior individual contributor and team leadership role, sitting at the heart of the company's operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain performance across planning, procurement, logistics, and distribution, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the supply network.

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including demand planning, inventory management, procurement, warehousing, and last-mile distribution across the Kingdom.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with the company's commercial objectives, growth plans, and regional market requirements.
• Partner closely with commercial, marketing, and finance teams to ensure supply availability, forecast accuracy, and cost efficiency across all product lines.
• Manage and develop relationships with third-party logistics providers, freight partners, and local distributors, holding them accountable to agreed service levels and KPIs.
• Drive S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes, ensuring alignment between demand signals, supply capacity, and financial targets.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain, leveraging data and analytics to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and eliminate waste.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi customs regulations, import/export requirements, and relevant government standards.
• Monitor and report on supply chain performance metrics, presenting insights and corrective actions to senior leadership on a regular basis.
• Lead, coach, and develop a supply chain team, building capability and fostering a high-performance culture.

• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive supply chain experience, with significant exposure to FMCG, consumer goods, or a related fast-paced industry.
• Proven track record in a senior supply chain management role, ideally within the GCC or broader Middle East region.
• Strong expertise across the full supply chain function, including demand and supply planning, procurement, logistics, and distribution.
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers and distributor networks, with a commercially minded approach to partnership management.
• Proficiency in S&OP processes and supply chain planning tools; ERP experience (SAP or equivalent) is essential.
• Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate complex supply chain data into clear business insights and decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to operate and influence at a senior level across functions.
• Fluency in English is required;
  Arabic language skills are an advantage.
