About the RoleA leading company in the industrial services and construction sector is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Supervisor / Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations supporting scaffolding, shutdown, turnaround, maintenance, construction, and industrial projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, supplier performance, and material planning while ensuring the timely availability of materials and equipment to support project execution safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage supply chain activities, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and material planning.
- Ensure the timely availability of construction materials, scaffolding components, industrial consumables, and equipment required for project execution.
- Coordinate material planning based on project schedules, mobilization, and demobilization requirements.
- Optimize inventory levels and asset utilization while minimizing stock shortages and excess inventory.
- Coordinate the movement of materials and equipment between warehouses, suppliers, and project sites.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and on-time delivery.
- Lead supplier negotiations, contract administration, and procurement activities to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs, supplier performance, inventory turnover, and procurement efficiency while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to align supply chain activities with project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the supply chain team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–10 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Logistics, with significant experience in the Construction, Industrial Services, Scaffolding, Oil & Gas, Shutdown/Turnaround, or EPC industries
. - Strong knowledge of procurement, contract management, logistics, warehousing, inventory control, and project-based material planning.
- Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Good knowledge of the Saudi supplier market for construction materials, industrial equipment, consumables, and services.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional certifications such as CSCP, CIPS, CPSM, or PMP are an advantage.
