Key Responsibilities- Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified local and international suppliers for premium food and beverage ingredients.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize procurement operations.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while ensuring supplier performance and compliance.
- Conduct vendor audits to monitor quality standards, delivery schedules, and food safety requirements.
- Collaborate with Executive Chefs and Restaurant Managers to forecast purchasing requirements and prevent inventory shortages.
- Utilize inventory management systems to monitor procurement cycles, stock levels, waste metrics, and spending analytics.
- Analyze procurement data to improve purchasing efficiency and cost control.
- Support continuous improvements in procurement processes and supply chain operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the Food & Beverage and restaurant sector is mandatory.
