Job Description ## About the RoleBEC Arabia is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
** Storekeeper
* * to join our Inventory Department in
** Khobar**. As a Storekeeper, you will play a pivotal role in managing the storage, distribution, and tracking of construction materials and supplies essential for our large-scale infrastructure and engineering projects. This position is integral to ensuring that all materials are available and accounted for to meet project timelines and quality standards.

You will work closely with procurement, project managers, and site teams to maintain accurate inventory records, oversee stock levels, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
* ** Receive, inspect, and verify
** incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders and delivery notes.
* ** Organize and maintain
** storage areas to ensure materials are easily accessible and stored safely.
* ** Monitor and track
** inventory levels using inventory management systems to prevent shortages or overstocking.
* ** Coordinate with procurement and project teams
** to ensure timely delivery of materials to construction sites.
* ** Prepare and maintain
** accurate records of stock movements, including receipts, issues, and returns.
* ** Conduct regular stock audits
** and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
* ** Implement and enforce
** safety and quality standards for material handling and storage.
* ** Ensure compliance
** with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and other relevant regulations for material storage.
* ** Collaborate with site supervisors
** to forecast material requirements and plan inventory accordingly.
* ** Supervise loading and unloading
** activities to ensure proper handling of materials.
* ** Maintain documentation
** for regulatory compliance, including GOSI and safety standards.
* ** Report damaged or defective materials
** and coordinate with suppliers for replacements.##

Required Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; a
** Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
** is preferred.
* Minimum of
** 5 years of experience
** in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
* Proficiency in
** inventory management software
** such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
* Strong knowledge of
** material handling and storage best practices**.
* Familiarity with
** Saudi Building Code (SBC)
** and other relevant regulations.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.##
