Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Welding Foremen to supervise and coordinate welding activities across large-scale Oil & Gas and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a proven track record in managing welding crews while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily welding activities at the project site.
  • Lead welding crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
  • Review welding drawings, WPS, and project specifications before execution.
  • Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively.
  • Monitor welding quality and ensure compliance with approved procedures.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC, construction, and safety teams.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and enforce strict adherence to HSE regulations.
  • Inspect welding equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
  • Resolve site-related technical and operational issues.
  • Track daily progress and prepare work reports.
  • Ensure welders follow approved welding procedures and standards.
  • Maintain discipline, productivity, and quality among team members.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in welding supervision.
  • Proven experience in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, refinery, or heavy industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of various welding processes, procedures, and standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, isometrics, and welding documentation.
  • Experience in supervising large welding teams.
  • Familiarity with international codes such as ASME, AWS, and API.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
