Job Description ## About the RoleBEC Arabia is seeking a highly skilled
** PMV - Maintenance Foreman
** to join our Logistics Department in Khobar. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of a diverse fleet of heavy equipment, machinery, and vehicles that are essential to the success of our large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. Working closely with a team of technicians and operators, you will ensure that all equipment is maintained to the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance.

As a PMV - Maintenance Foreman, you will play a critical role in optimizing equipment uptime and minimizing operational disruptions. You will manage day-to-day maintenance schedules, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and coordinate with procurement for spare parts and tools. Key Responsibilities
* ** Lead
* * the maintenance and repair operations for a fleet of heavy equipment, vehicles, and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
* ** Develop
* * and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
* ** Diagnose
* * and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in heavy equipment and vehicles.
* ** Supervise
* * a team of technicians and mechanics, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
* ** Coordinate
* * with the procurement team to ensure the availability of spare parts, tools, and consumables.
* ** Monitor
* * and enforce compliance with safety standards, including OSHA and ISO 45001 requirements.
* ** Maintain
* * detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and inventory levels.
* ** Collaborate
* * with project managers and site supervisors to align maintenance schedules with project timelines.
* ** Inspect
* * equipment regularly to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
* ** Ensure
* * compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and other relevant regulations.
* ** Report
* * on maintenance KPIs, including equipment availability, repair turnaround times, and cost efficiency.
* ** Support
* * the implementation of digital tools for maintenance tracking and reporting.##

Required Qualifications
* Diploma or
** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering**, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of
** 8 years of experience
** in heavy equipment and vehicle maintenance, with at least
** 3 years in a supervisory role**.
* Strong knowledge of
** hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and electrical systems**.
* Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
* Familiarity with
** OSHA, ISO 45001**, and other safety standards.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* ** Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)
** registration is mandatory.
* Knowledge of
** Saudi Labor Law
** and compliance requirements.##

Preferred Qualifications
* Certification in
** NEBOSH
* * or other safety management programs.
* Experience with
** ARAMCO-approved vendor standards**.
* Familiarity with
** digital maintenance platforms
** and IoT-based equipment monitoring.
* Previous experience in
** mega-projects
** or large-scale construction environments.
* Advanced training in
** hydraulic systems

** engine diagnostics**.## Working Conditions

** Khobar**, with frequent visits to construction sites and equipment yards.
