Job Description ## About the RoleBEC Arabia is seeking a skilled
** PMV - Tire Technician
** to join our Logistics Department in Khobar. In this role, you will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of tires for a diverse fleet of heavy construction equipment, vehicles, and machinery. As part of our Plant, Machinery, and Vehicle (PMV) team, you will ensure the operational readiness and safety of our equipment, which is critical to the success of our infrastructure and engineering projects across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities
* Inspect, diagnose, and repair tires for a wide range of heavy equipment, vehicles, and machinery.
* Perform tire mounting, dismounting, balancing, and alignment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
* Conduct regular tire pressure checks and adjustments to prevent premature wear and ensure compliance with safety standards.
* Monitor tire inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
* Maintain detailed records of tire maintenance, repairs, and replacements using company-approved systems.
* Identify and address potential tire-related issues, such as uneven wear patterns, punctures, or sidewall damage.
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to ISO 45001 guidelines.
* Collaborate with the PMV team to schedule and prioritize tire maintenance activities, minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment availability.
* Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians on tire maintenance best practices.
* Conduct on-site tire inspections and emergency repairs as needed to support project operations.
* Stay updated on the latest tire technologies, tools, and industry trends to enhance service quality.
* Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies in all maintenance activities.##

Required Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in automotive or heavy equipment maintenance is preferred.
* Minimum of
** 5 years of experience
** in tire maintenance and repair for heavy equipment and vehicles.
* Proficiency in using tire-related tools and equipment, such as tire changers, balancers, and alignment machines.
* Strong knowledge of tire types, specifications, and maintenance practices for construction and industrial equipment.
* Familiarity with safety standards and protocols, including
** ISO 45001
** and OSHA guidelines.
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
* Physical fitness to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and working in varying environmental conditions.
* Valid Saudi driver's license.##

Preferred Qualifications
* Certification in heavy equipment maintenance or a related field.
* Experience working in the construction or engineering industry.
* Knowledge of tire management software or inventory systems.
* Familiarity with
** Saudi Aramco Approved Vendor
** standards.
* Previous experience in a multinational or large-scale project environment.## Working Conditions
* Primarily based at BEC Arabia's PMV workshop in Khobar, with occasional travel to project sites as required.
* Work involves exposure to outdoor conditions, including heat, dust, and noise typical of construction environments.
* Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
* Standard working hours with occasional overtime or weekend work to meet project deadlines.
* Hands-on role requiring physical activity, including lifting and handling heavy equipment components.##
