Manager, Site Maintenance (Refinery)
Location:
Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia.
Manager, Site Maintenance (Refinery) role at K , Inc. Responsible for day‑to‑day management and monitoring of maintenance operations for a newly awarded maintenance project in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day management, monitoring and oversight of all maintenance activities and lead the whole maintenance team.
- Manage all matters regarding plant maintenance, reliability and quality assurance.
- Review, communicate, approve and endorse periodic reports related to contractor maintenance work activity for each area.
- Interface with the client to resolve disputes, claims and issue change orders.
- Ensure activities meet contractual obligations and achieve specified KPIs with the client.
- Establish and meet safety targets, ensuring observance of all safety and fire rules and regulations by personnel.
- Conduct safety meetings to define and recognize safe practices, ensure implementation of safety measures, and review incidents.
- Review and approve all invoices to ensure billed work is in accordance with contractual terms.
- Minimum 15+ years of refinery or petrochemical plant maintenance experience.
- Strong technical understanding of maintenance management, reliability management, quality management, people management, and HSE requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation). Must be strong in any of those areas.
