The role requires managing technical challenges and implementing preventive maintenance programs while ensuring that all vessels are dependable and safe. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's in Marine Engineering, with at least 5 years of sea and onshore maintenance experience and 10 years in a management position, along with strong knowledge in QHSE and effective communication skills in both English and Arabic.
