Client Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Provides telephonic and on-site technical support to customers on issues regarding installation, application, and service problems.
• Administers inventory controls and regional ordering function.
• Oversees and coordinates customer product delivery and other shipping and receiving activities.
• Trains warehouse personal on handling procedures.
• Sets operational objectives and delivers results that have a direct to significant impact on achievement of results with the job area or within the context of a wider operational area.
• Often uses influence to convince both internal and external parties that have a desire to reach agreement to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
• Adapts or enhances quality or value in existing methods; make better as part of day-to-day activities.
• Problems may be only vaguely defined and require understanding and consideration of other job areas.
• Often uses broad theory and principles within a discipline or advanced technical/operational practices. Occasionally uses advanced knowledge and skills within a specific discipline integrating theory and principles with organizational practices.
• Manages less than three team members, or leads an indirect team which may be of substantive size.
• Application of knowledge is narrow (domestic) and limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar culture.

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6 Years suggested minimum experience.
• Bachelors Degree.
• 6 Years.
• Evaluated in context of the standard size.
