Job DutiesUnder broad direction, the successful candidates will be :
- coordinates and oversees Geo Balance Applications operations at the well site and base camp.
- Provides the planning necessary for the job including personnel, equipment set up, well site direction and customer related support.
- Must be able to communicate with other PSLs and third parties to ensure tool and well site activity capability.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills required. Mentors and trains lower level personnel in areas of expertise.
- Interacts with customers and supervises the activities of completion of services and/or shop personnel to exceed customer requirements.
- Job emphasis is on personnel development, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Contacts customer for performance follow-up and to plan future work.
Skills are acquired through completion of a high school diploma and 9+ years experience in oil field drilling activities including 6+ years of underbalanced drilling and/or managed pressure drilling.
