Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate the exhibition and oversee daily workflow.
- Supervise female staff and organize work schedules and tasks.
- Monitor sales and achieve the required targets.
- Deal with customers and provide them with excellent service.
- Follow up on inventory and orders and coordinate with management.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on the exhibition’s performance.
- Resolve problems and follow up on the exhibition’s needs.
- Maintain the organization and arrangement of the exhibition and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Experience:
- One year or more of experience in managing exhibitions or sales.
- Or prior experience in managing and operating exhibitions or events.
- Strong skills in management, organization, and communication.
- Ability to handle work pressure and lead the team.
- Commitment, discipline, and good customer handling
