Production Manager, Operations Engineer, Manufacturing Operations / Plant Manager, Manufacturing Production
Supervise end-to-end factory operations and production workflow. Prepare weekly and monthly production plans based on project schedules. Provide managerial oversight of production activities, setting priorities, allocating resources, and guiding team leads rather than hands‑on supervision of daily tasks. Build, hire, develop, and train the factory floor team as the operation scales – operators, fabricators, and technicians. Oversee CNC cutting, GI duct, Fire Rated Ductwork, and Pre‑Insulated PIR Phenolic duct production.
Ensure compliance with SMACNA, DW144, and UL181 where applicable. Monitor material consumption, inventory, and scrap levels. Implement cost‑control, efficiency, and lean improvements. Enforce HSE standards, PPE, and Saudi regulatory compliance. Coordinate with Projects, Procurement, Logistics, and Maintenance teams. Submit weekly reports on output, delivery, quality, and costs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering
- 4–6 years’ experience in HVAC duct manufacturing (GCC experience will be an advantage)
- Experience in start‑up / new‑facility setup is an advantage
- Minimum 3–5 years in an operations or production management role
- Experience with CNC cutting, sheet metal fabrication, and PIR/Phenolic ducts
