Production Manager

ISM PREFAB is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Al-Khobar / Dammam.

We are a leading modular and prefabricated construction company with 10+ years of experience, utilizing advanced LGS and CNC technology to deliver world-class prefab solutions for major clients across Saudi Arabia and the GCC including Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Red Sea Global
, and the Saudi Energy
.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Strong background in manufacturing and/or construction operations
• Proven experience managing production teams and factory floor operations
• Knowledge of LGS, CNC, steel fabrication, or modular construction processes is an advantage
• Solid understanding of production planning, quality control, and cost management
• NEBOSH certification is a strong plus
• Any additional HSE or operations management certifications are an advantage
• Familiarity with ARAMCO, SABIC, or industrial project standards is a plus
• 2–5 years of experience in the Saudi Arabian market
• Background in manufacturing, prefab, or construction (both preferred)
• Experience in modular or prefabricated construction is a strong advantage
• Transferable Iqama (required)
• Available for interview in Al-Khobar
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication skills in English;
  Arabic is a plus

• Plan, manage, and oversee all daily production operations and factory activities
• Lead and motivate production teams to meet output targets and delivery schedules
• Ensure product quality meets engineering specifications and client requirements
• Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, and project management teams
• Monitor production costs, resources, and capacity to maximize efficiency
• Enforce and maintain HSE standards across all production areas
• Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives

• Strong production and operations management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and shop-floor supervision in a manufacturing or modular construction environment.
• Technical knowledge of prefabricated and modular building systems, preferably with experience in light gauge steel (LGS), Framecad or similar technologies, and fabrication processes.
• Proficiency in quality, safety, and compliance practices, including application of QA/QC procedures, HSE standards, risk assessment, and inspection protocols.
• Demonstrated skills in people leadership: team supervision, coaching, performance management, conflict resolution, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Experience in production optimization and continuous improvement, including workflow analysis, lean manufacturing principles, cost control, and waste reduction.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, coordinate with engineering, and ensure production outputs meet design and client requirements.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers, and to report clearly on production status and challenges.
