Airless Spray Painter; Industrial Coatings

We are seeking 2 experienced Airless Spray Painters to join our team for industrial coating projects. The successful candidates will be responsible for surface preparation, applying protective coatings using airless spray equipment, and ensuring high-quality finishes in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.

• Prepare metal and other surfaces by cleaning, grinding, sanding, and blasting as required.
• Apply primers, epoxy, polyurethane, and other industrial coatings using airless spray equipment.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot airless spray machines and related painting equipment.
• Mix paints and coatings according to manufacturer specifications.
• Inspect painted surfaces to ensure quality, thickness, and proper finish.
• Follow safety procedures, including the use of PPE and safe handling of paints and solvents.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Work effectively with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Airless Spray Painter in industrial, oil & gas, marine, or construction projects.
• Experience in surface preparation and industrial coating applications.
• Proficient in operating airless spray painting equipment.
• Knowledge of coating systems, paint mixing, and quality standards.
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions.
• Understanding of workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements.
