• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms (Eurostaffs, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.).
• Create engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, and marketing materials.
• Plan and schedule social media content calendars.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
• Respond to customer inquiries and engage with followers on social media platforms.
• Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation and business development activities.
• Design promotional materials, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
• Manage company website content and ensure information is up to date.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and competitor activities.
• Organize and promote company participation in exhibitions, events, and trade shows.
• Support branding initiatives and maintain a consistent corporate image.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Preference for female candidates.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of content creation, copywriting, and social media advertising.
• Familiarity with website management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is an added advantage.

• Photography and videography for social media content.
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Eurostaffs marketing.
• Experience in the industrial, construction, fabrication, or engineering sector is preferred.
