About B8akB8ak is a home-services marketplace connecting customers with trusted service providers across categories such as home cleaning, maintenance, beauty, and other on-demand services.
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid customer-acquisition campaigns, increase marketplace bookings, and improve marketing efficiency across B8ak’s service categories.
Role OverviewThe Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital channels.
The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management experience, and an understanding of marketplace economics. The successful candidate will focus on generating profitable bookings, improving customer acquisition cost, increasing repeat usage, and maximizing marketing return on investment.
Key Responsibilities Paid Campaign Management- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaigns across multiple services, cities, customer segments, and seasonal demand periods.
- Continuously optimize audiences, keywords, bids, budgets, placements, creatives, and landing pages.
- Allocate marketing budgets based on performance, service capacity, seasonality, and business priorities.
- Coordinate campaigns for new service launches, promotions, and geographic expansion.
- Monitor key metrics including customer acquisition cost, cost per booking, conversion rate, return on ad spend, contribution margin, repeat rate, and customer lifetime value.
- Build and maintain weekly and monthly marketing-performance reports.
- Analyze performance by channel, service, campaign, city, customer segment, and acquisition cohort.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective action quickly.
- Ensure campaign decisions are based on completed bookings and revenue quality—not only leads, clicks, or app installs.
- Work closely with operations to ensure campaigns are aligned with available service-provider capacity.
- Avoid generating demand in areas or time slots where operational capacity is unavailable.
- Support growth across key marketplace categories, including cleaning, maintenance, and home beauty.
- Develop acquisition and reactivation campaigns for new, inactive, and repeat customers.
- Support promotional pricing, discount, referral, and loyalty campaigns while monitoring their impact on profitability.
- Work with the product and technology teams to maintain accurate tracking across the website, mobile applications, and booking journey.
- Monitor and improve event tracking, conversion attribution, campaign tagging, and analytics dashboards.
- Support the implementation and validation of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Apps Flyer, Adjust, Firebase, and advertising-platform pixels.
- Investigate discrepancies between advertising-platform results and internal marketplace data.
- Develop structured testing plans for advertisements, offers, audiences, landing pages, and campaign messages.
- Prepare clear creative briefs based on customer insights and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and external agencies to produce high-performing creative assets.
