Acquisition & Growth Director

The Growth Marketing Director will lead the company’s
customer acquisition, traffic growth and
retention strategy across online and physical stores
The role will bring together
Performance Marketing, CRM, Loyalty and Customer Growth
, with accountability for acquiring more customers, driving more traffic to stores and digital channels, increasingrepeat purchase and growing customer lifetime value.

• Own the overall

• Drive

• through paid search, social, affiliates, partnerships and emerging acquisition channels.
• Develop strategies to increase
• physical store traffic
• , working with Brand, Trade Marketing,Commercial and Operations.
• Own customer acquisition targets and continuously improve
• CAC, conversion, ROAS and
• incremental revenue
• Lead
• CRM and lifecycle marketing
• , including activation, retention, personalization and reactivation.
• Develop customer segmentation and targeted journeys across push, email, SMS, Whats App andother channels.
• Increase
• repeat purchase, frequency and customer lifetime value
• through retention and loyaltyinitiatives.
• Build integrated campaigns that connect digital investment with
• both online transactions and
• store visits
• Lead growth experimentation across audiences, channels, offers, customer journeys and newgrowth opportunities.
• Use customer and marketing data to understand where growth is coming from and continuouslyoptimize investment.
• Own growth and performance marketing budgets and ensure investment is directed toward the highest-return opportunities.
• Lead and develop the
