We are seeking a Media Operations Coordinator to support the smooth execution of media campaigns and operational workflows. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient coordination between creative, production, and client-facing teams, directly contributing to campaign quality and delivery timelines.

This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient coordination between creative, production, and client-facing teams, directly contributing to campaign quality and delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate day-to-day media operations across multiple projects and teams
- Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure timely execution
- Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and clients to align on requirements
- Maintain accurate records of media schedules, assets, and performance data
- Support quality control and compliance checks on media deliverables
- Prepare status reports and operational summaries for management
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend efficiency improvements
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in MS Office and media/project management tools
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Team player with a proactive, service-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in media operations, advertising, or production coordination preferred
- Familiarity with media planning/scheduling systems is an advantage
- Valid Saudi work eligibility or transferable iqama preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in media operations, agency coordination, or a similar administrative/operational role within media, advertising, or broadcasting industries.
