Job Summary
- Responsible for carrying out mechanical inspection and quality assurance activities for onshore and offshore projects in compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and project specifications.
- Ensure all mechanical equipment, materials, and installations meet ARAMCO quality requirements, safety regulations, and international standards.
- Support project execution by performing inspections, documentation, and coordination with project teams to maintain quality compliance and operational integrity.
- Perform mechanical inspection activities for equipment, materials, and installations in accordance with project specifications and Saudi Aramco standards.
- Verify mechanical components, fabrication activities, and installation processes to ensure quality compliance.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and inspection documents related to mechanical systems.
- Ensure inspection activities follow ARAMCO quality procedures and international standards.
- Coordinate with project engineers, QA/QC teams, and contractors to ensure inspection requirements are met.
- Identify non-conformities, defects, or quality issues and report them for corrective action.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and documentation as per project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards during inspection activities.
- ARAMCO Approved Mechanical Inspector (MRI) certification.
- Previous Saudi Aramco project experience is mandatory.
- CBT certification preferred, however candidates with ARAMCO approval without CBT are also acceptable.
- Experience working on onshore and offshore oil & gas projects.
- Strong knowledge or experience in API standards including API 610 (Pumps), API 617 (Compressors), and API 686 (Machinery Installation).
- Familiarity with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES / SAEP).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and inspection documentation.
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
