Job Summary
The Engineer – Quality Assurance is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements across oil & gas projects. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015, monitoring quality performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities- Implement and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements
- Ensure quality compliance across project activities in the oil & gas environment
- Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks to verify adherence to specifications and standards
- Prepare, review, and maintain QA documentation, reports, and records
- Identify non-conformities, support root cause analysis, and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate with project, engineering, and operations teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of findings
- Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement initiatives across projects
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil & gas industry
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
- Experience in QA/QC processes, inspections, and documentation
- Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements
