Job Summary

The Supervisor – QC (Structural) is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality control of structural works in oil & gas projects, in compliance with project specifications, international standards, and Saudi Aramco requirements. The role ensures all structural activities meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Supervise and implement quality control activities for structural works at site
• Ensure compliance with approved ITPs, project specifications, drawings, and applicable codes
• Conduct inspections, audits, and surveillance of structural fabrication and erection works
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, and client representatives on quality matters
• Identify non-conformances, raise NCRs, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions
• Prepare, review, and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and records
• Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards and project QA/QC procedures
• Support internal and external audits and client inspections
• Monitor subcontractor quality performance and ensure adherence to standards
• Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement at site

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Structural / Civil or related discipline)
• Minimum 10+ years of overall experience, including at least 3 years as QC Supervisor – Structural in the Oil & Gas industry
• Saudi Aramco approval (mandatory)
• ISO Lead Auditor certification
• Strong knowledge of international structural codes and standards
