Immediately Required Freelance Inspectors for Oil & Gas Projects in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Positions: Coating Inspector (Freelancer) and Communication Inspector (Freelancer).

We are seeking experienced and qualified Coating Inspectors and Communication Inspectors to support major Oil & Gas construction, installation, maintenance, and shutdown projects across KSA. The selected professionals will ensure that all coating and communication systems meet project requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct inspection and surveillance of coating or communication system installation activities as per approved procedures and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
- Verify compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Review material certificates, inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality requirements are consistently achieved.
- Witness and document inspections, testing, commissioning, and system acceptance where applicable.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Relevant inspection certifications:
Coating Inspector: NACE, BGAS, FROSIO, or equivalent;
Communication Inspector: relevant Telecom/Communication Inspection certification or equivalent industry-recognized qualification. - Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects.
- Previous experience on Saudi Aramco projects is preferred.
- Experience in both Onshore and Offshore projects is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of applicable industry standards, Saudi Aramco requirements, and QA/QC procedures.
- Excellent reporting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with QA/QC documentation and inspection processes.
- Familiarity with communication systems such as Fiber Optic, CCTV, PAGA, Telephone, Data Network, Radio, and Security Systems.
- Ability to work independently in multicultural project environments with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
- Familiarity with Saudi Aramco quality management systems and project procedures.
