Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Qc Inspector – Mechanical (Static / Rotating Equipment) to perform inspection and quality control activities for static and rotating equipment in compliance with project specifications and Aramco standards. The role involves monitoring installation, testing, and inspection activities, ensuring adherence to approved ITPs, international codes, and client requirements. The candidate must possess strong technical knowledge of API standards and demonstrate hands‑on experience in field inspection environments.
Roles & Responsibilities- Conduct inspection of static and rotating equipment as per approved ITP and project specifications
- Verify compliance with Aramco standards and SAP approval requirements
- Perform stage‑wise inspection during installation, alignment, and testing
- Review technical documents, drawings, and inspection reports
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and client inspectors
- Ensure all inspection activities meet ISO 9001:2015 quality standards
- Identify non‑conformities and support corrective actions
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting records
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in mechanical inspection
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Aramco Approval (SAP Number mandatory)
- Aramco CBT Qualification preferred
- ISO 9001:2015 certification preferred
- Must hold API certification (API 510, API 653 or equivalent)
