Pipline QC RTR Inspector

Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous visual inspections of pipeline welds and materials, meticulously documenting any deviations from specified standards.
• Perform non‑destructive testing (NDT) methods such as radiography (RT), ultrasonic testing (UT), and magnetic particle testing (MT) to ensure weld integrity and material soundness.
• Interpret radiographic films and digital images, identifying discontinuities and assessing their severity against acceptance criteria.
• Verify compliance with project specifications, engineering drawings, and relevant industry codes (e.g., API, ASME, AWS) throughout the construction phase.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in NDT methods are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of hands‑on experience as a QC Inspector, specifically with pipeline construction projects.
• Possession of valid NDT certifications (e.g., ASNT Level II in RT, UT, MT, PT) is essential.
• Proven experience working with various pipeline materials (e.g., carbon steel, stainless steel) and welding processes.
