Job Summary
The QA/QC Manager will lead and oversee all quality assurance and quality control activities across multi-discipline projects including Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, and Coating works. The role ensures full compliance with Aramco standards, international codes, and ISO quality management systems.
Roles & Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and monitor Project Quality Plan (PQP)
- Ensure compliance with Aramco standards, SATIP, SAES, and project specifications
- Lead and manage QA/QC engineers, supervisors, and inspectors
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate with client audits
- Review ITPs, method statements, and technical submittals
- Monitor NCRs, corrective actions, and quality KPIs
- Liaise with project management and client representatives
- Minimum 13+ years of QA/QC experience in oil & gas projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
- Aramco Approval with valid SAP Number (Mandatory)
- ISO 9001:2015 Certified
- Proven multi-discipline project exposure
