Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Qc Inspector – Painting / Coating / Insulation / Fireproofing to perform inspection and quality control activities related to surface preparation, coating application, insulation systems, and fireproofing works. The role involves ensuring compliance with approved ITPs, project specifications, Aramco standards, and international coating standards. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring field activities, verifying certification requirements, and maintaining accurate quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities- Conduct inspection of painting, coating, insulation, and fireproofing activities as per approved ITP and specifications
- Verify surface preparation, material application, and curing processes
- Ensure compliance with Aramco standards and SAP approval requirements
- Review coating procedures, method statements, and inspection reports
- Monitor stage‑wise inspection during surface preparation and application
- Coordinate with site teams and client inspectors
- Identify non‑conformities and ensure corrective action implementation
- Maintain proper documentation and quality records in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in coating/insulation/fireproofing inspection
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering disciplines
- Aramco Approval (SAP Number mandatory)
- Aramco CBT Qualification preferred
- ISO 9001:2015 certification preferred
- Mandatory certification:
Minimum NACE Level II / SSPC Level II / BGAS Level I
