Job Summary
The QC Inspector – Piping (Bolt Torquing) is responsible for inspecting, monitoring, and ensuring the quality of piping bolt torquing activities in compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements within the oil & gas sector.
Roles & Responsibilities
Inspect and verify piping bolt torquing activities in accordance with approved procedures and project requirements
Ensure proper use of calibrated torque tools and verify torque values as per specifications
Review and maintain bolt torquing records, checklists, and inspection reports
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and quality procedures
Coordinate with construction and commissioning teams to resolve quality issues
Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Support client and third-party inspections as required
Mandatory Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Engineering
Minimum 6+ years of experience in the oil & gas industry
Proven experience as a QC Inspector – Piping with strong exposure to bolt torquing activities
Familiarity with piping drawings, specifications, and QA/QC documentation
Saudi Aramco approval is preferred
